Terms and Conditions:

• All prices quoted are EX. GST. Please add 10% GST to any price quoted on this website

• All orders are on a strict ‘payment prior to dispatch’ basis only, unless credit arrangements have been pre-arranged with Quality Promo Products (QPP)

• QPP reserves the right to ask for payment in full for any decorated or customised order prior to production

• QPP reserves the right to ask for 50% deposit for any order (plain or decorated) over the value of $5,000 prior to processing your order

• All prices quoted above are based on you (the client) supplying ‘print-ready artwork’

• Acceptable artwork files include .pdf, .eps or .ai files. JPG, PNG, and TIF files are not acceptable files for printing

• Additional artwork charges will apply if QPP needs to prepare your artwork for printing (charges subject to sighting supplied art)

• All prices quoted on this website are for ‘pick up from our warehouse’ only and therefore do not include freight charges. If you would like your order delivered to you or to a third party, QPP can arrange freight and all charges will be passed on

• Unless otherwise indicated, all quotes supplied are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
